The renowned preacher shared a photo of himself on a hospital bed on his official Facebook page, along with a plea for prayers.
His followers quickly responded with well wishes and prayers for his speedy recovery.
Apostle Chibuzor is known for his philanthropic work, but he has recently faced allegations of abandoning some of his beneficiaries, including those on scholarships abroad.
One such case involved two former security guards, known as the Happy Boys, who were on an OPM scholarship to Cyprus.
The allegations gained attention on social media, but Apostle Chibuzor denied them, stating that the Happy Boys were advised to relocate to Nigeria or the Republic of Benin to continue their education.
