The All Progressives Congress (APC) has strongly denied the claims made in a social media post that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Olukayode Ariwoola, advised President Bola Tinubu to prepare for a rerun election.
The APC described the post as mischievous and intentionally misleading.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, stated that the allegations were fabricated and that President Tinubu and the APC had won the February 25, 2023, Presidential election without any doubt.
Morka expressed confidence that Nigerians would not be swayed by such false claims.
