Davido, also known as David Adeleke, has made amends for his aide’s controversial purchase by refunding N800,000 to a herb vendor named Midehaven on Instagram.
Midehaven had contacted Davido’s aide, Israel Afeare, last December for an advert video promoting her herbs.
Afeare charged N1 million for the promotion, but only deposited N800,000 and did not fulfill his part of the bargain.
Midehaven tried to contact Afeare, but he blocked her on all means of communication.
She then reached out to Davido Worldwide Music (DWM) lawyer and the music label manager but did not receive a response.
After calling out Afeare on social media, he responded by stating that there was a breach of agreement and that he would only do the video if she completed the payment.
However, after receiving the refund from Davido, Midehaven expressed her gratitude and appreciation for his kind-heartedness.
