“Igbo girls are wicked and lavish spenders” – Fireboy DML
Adedamola Adefolahan, AKA Fireboy DML has revealed why he prefers Yoruba to Igbo girls, saying “Yoruba girls don’t squander.”
According to the Afrobeats singer, Yoruba girls don’t squander the money of their boyfriends, unlike their Igbo counterparts.
The “Bandana” crooner, in an interview with ‘One jobless boy’ said Igbo girls are wicked and lavish spenders.
When asked by the host to choose between Igbo or Yoruba girls, the YBNL music star said: “Yoruba girls. Igbo girls are wicked. I mean, Yoruba girls are wicked too but at least you don’t have to spend too much money,” bursting into laughter immediately.
Fireboy DML is signed to YBNL Nation, a record label founded by Nigerian rapper Olamide.
His debut studio album Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps was released in 2019.
