AC Milan is reportedly edging closer to securing Manchester City’s Kyle Walker as negotiations continue.

The Italian club is particularly interested in whether City allows the 34-year-old full-back to make a move on a free transfer.

If successful, Milan will reportedly offer Walker a two-and-a-half-year contract, enhancing their defensive options with an experienced player.

However, this potential signing would rule out Milan from pursuing another English player this window, ending any speculation regarding Manchester United‘s Marcus Rashford.

Rashford has attracted interest from clubs like Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona, with Napoli also mulling an approach.

With Rashford seemingly off the table, AC Milan is considering Chelsea’s Joao Felix as a viable attacking reinforcement.

After joining Chelsea from Atletico Madrid for £42.7 million, Felix has struggled to secure a regular starting position under manager Enzo Maresca, starting only three Premier League matches despite scoring seven goals this season.

With limited game time, a transfer to Milan may provide him with the regular minutes he craves.
