Premier League champions Manchester City have been drawn into Group G for next year’s expanded FIFA Club World Cup in the United States, where they will face Juventus, Morocco’s Wydad AC, and Al Ain from the UAE.

The tournament, taking place from June 15 to July 13 across 12 U.S. stadiums, will serve as a warm-up for the 2026 World Cup co-hosted by the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

City won the last Club World Cup in 2023 under the previous format and they will open their campaign against Wydad AC, followed by a match against Al Ain, before concluding the group stage against Juventus.

Despite sitting fourth in the Premier League, the team has been hit hard by injuries, including to Ballon d’Or winner Rodri.

Inter Miami, featuring Lionel Messi, are in Group A and will face Al Ahly, Porto, and Palmeiras.

Other notable teams include Real Madrid, who are in Group H with Al-Hilal, Pachuca, and Red Bull Salzburg; Bayern Munich, placed in Group C alongside Auckland City, Boca Juniors, and Benfica; and Paris Saint-Germain, who share Group B with Atletico Madrid, Botafogo, and Seattle Sounders.

Chelsea are in Group D with Leon, Flamengo, and Esperance, while Group F consists of Fluminense, Borussia Dortmund, Ulsan HD, and Mamelodi Sundowns.
