Owner of Demolished Abuja Duplex Vows to Destroy Wike

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Following the demolition of his property in Wuse, Abuja, Alhaji Mohammed Ibrahim Kamba, an Abuja developer, has expressed his determination to send the FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, to prison.

Kamba also plans to sue the director of Development Control at the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCTA) for exceeding his powers.

The FCTA had demolished Kamba’s duplex under construction, claiming it was on someone else’s land without a valid title.

However, Kamba’s counsel argues that the plot in question belonged to their client’s predecessor in title, who had owned and collected rent from a guest house on the property for over 25 years.

Kamba purchased the property during the lifetime of the original allottee.

Despite a dismissed criminal complaint against Kamba for trespass, his counsel believes that the matter should be resolved in the FCT High Court as an issue of land title.
