Bewaji Ewatomi, the wife of Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has taken down a social media post on her birthday after her husband threatened her.
In the post on her Instagram page, she referred to herself as a ‘self-made’ queen and expressed gratitude for her journey in life.
However, Portable was displeased with the caption and scolded his wife for taking pride in her achievements, emphasizing that he is the one behind her success.
During an Instagram live session, Portable went a step further and warned his wife that he would kick her out of their home if she did not edit or delete the post.
Following his demand, Bewaji deleted the birthday post and made changes to her Instagram profile bio as per her husband’s instructions.
It remains to be seen how this situation will unfold and whether Bewaji will continue to conform to her husband’s demands in the future.
