Ruben Amorim Faces Backlash as Marcus Rashford Opens Up on Aston Villa Move

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has come under fire for his “disrespectful” comments about Marcus Rashford following the forward’s loan move to Aston Villa.

Rashford has joined Villa until the end of the season with an option for the club to make the transfer permanent for £40m in the summer.

Amorim had sidelined Rashford after the player expressed a desire to leave the club and publicly questioned his professionalism.

Former United defender Mikael Silvestre criticized Amorim’s approach on beIN Sports, stating, “It’s too much and disrespectful.”

Silvestre argued that while Amorim has faced challenges in terms of team selection, injuries, and recent losses, addressing Rashford publicly was unnecessary.

He added that such discussions should have been kept private for the benefit of both the team and the player.

After completing his loan move to Villa, Rashford expressed gratitude on Instagram, saying:

“I would like to thank Manchester United and Aston Villa for making this loan deal happen.

I was lucky to have a few clubs approach me but Aston Villa was an easy decision – I really admire the way that Aston Villa have been playing this season, and the managers’ ambitions.

I just want to play football and am excited to get started. I wish everyone at Manchester United all the best for the rest of the season.”
