Tecno Spark 5 Pro Price in Nigeria
The Pro version of the Spark 5 from Tecno mobile costs $165 which is N64,350 Naira @ N390 / dollar. You can get it on Jumia and Slot.
From the perspective of design, Spark 5 Pro is a pretty cool smart device.
First and foremost, its dimension of 164.7 mm x 76.3 mm x 8.8 mm shows it’s quite large. The dimension further shows that the phone has a reasonable thickness.
For those who prefer the dimension in inches, you can use the following: 6.48 x 3.00 x 0.35 inches.
The dimension of this device is however not the only thing about the phone that complies with the 2020 standard for mid-range phones, the mass of the device also complies with the 2020 standard for mid-range smartphones.
To put in simpler terms, the Spark 5 Pro has a mass that is neither too light nor too heavy.
We furthermore find the smartphone impressive in the aspect of the colours it would come in.
According to Tecno, the smart device would be available in: Ice Jadeite, Spark Orange, Vacation Blue, and Misty Grey. If you’re the kind who loves simple colours, you can opt-in for a misty grey build of the phone.
But as for those who prefer their phone looking fancy, the three other colours are meant for you.
Talking about how Spark 5 Pro compares to the standard and Air version, the phone’s design is the same as that of the standard device.
But as for Air and Pro, the phones’ designs are similar and different at the same time.
The Air happens to be larger and its rear cameras design also happen to be different from that of the Pro.
When it comes to computing power, Spark 5 Pro is absolutely not a device you can toss aside in its price range.
The phone would impressively compete with most other mid-range phones we have out there.
As of the time of writing this article, Tecno is yet to provide any information about the chipset that would be powering the phone.
However, one thing the company has told us is that the phone’s chipset would be a MediaTek chipset.
The company also made it know that the chipset of the phone would be an octa-core chipset.
However, even though the manufacturer is yet to specify what the chipset of the phone would be, there have been speculations that the chipset of the phone would be the popular MediaTek MT6761 Helio A22.
Moving on to the aspect of RAM, it has been stated that the phone would be coming with a RAM of 4 GB.
A RAM of this size is what’s expected of a phone like this. In other words, the manufacturer of the phone hasn’t disappointed in this aspect.
As regards the GPU of the phone, we also have no information about that. However, if the phone comes with the MediaTek MT6761 Helio A22, then expect the PowerVR GE6300 to be the GPU.
Spark 5 Pro comes with the 6.60-inch display.
And it is worth stating that this is one of the major aspects where the phone differs from the Air.
Spark 5 Air is equipped with a 7.00-inch display.
However, the fact that Spark 5 Air comes with a larger display doesn’t mean the phone is more powerful than the Pro versions.
The Air version seems to be meant for people who can’t afford something as expensive as the Pro, but would prefer a phone having a pretty large display.
As for the standard version of the phone, its display is the same as that featured by the Spark 5 Pro.
As regards the quality of its display, it is stated to have a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels.
Such a resolution leaves the phone with a pixel density of 266 PPI.
A pixel density of 266 PPI is nothing special, but it’s quite impressive.
In short, the quality of the phone’s display is what you’d expect from a good mid-range smartphone.
All latest Tecno mobile phones are coming with the HiOS 6 operating system, and Spark 5 Pro would not be an exception.
There are some people who claim the phone would be powered by the version 6.0 of the OS and there are those who claim the phone would be powered by the version 6.1 of the OS.
But regardless of what version powers the phone, the phone’s OS would be an OS based on the Android 10 operating system.
In short, all the impressive things the Android 10 has to offer, are going to be things you can enjoy on this smart device.
Spark 5 Pro is promised to come with an internal storage of 64 GB.
This is twice as large as those of Spark 5 Air and the Tecno Spark 5.
In other words, if internal storage space matters a lot, then the Pro version of this phone is what you should be considering.
For those who wonder if the storage space of this phone can be expanded, the simple answer is yes.
The smart device allows storage space expansion with the help of a micro SD card.
You should also be aware that the phone comes with a dedicated slot for micro SD card.
If you’ve been using Android phones for a long time, then you should already know that not all the 64 GB would be available to you.
However, for those who don’t know this, the phone’s OS, pre-installed apps, and some files would use some of the phone’s storage.
In other words, only about 50 GB might be what would be available for your own use.
Spark 5 Pro comes with a total of four rear cameras on its rear side.
The main rear camera is a 16 MP camera. And as you would expect, this rear camera is a highly enhanced camera.
As of the time of writing this content, we are yet to see pictures taken by the rear cameras, but we expect them to take very impressive pictures.
As for the front of the phone, there’s a single camera. This front camera happens to be an 8 MP camera. And as you would also expect, the front camera is highly enhanced.
As stated above, Spark 5 Air comes with a 7.00-inch display. In other words, if display is your top priority when buying a phone, then you might have to consider the Air version.
However, if computing power is the most important thing to you, then the Spark 5 Pro from Tecno is your phone and considering its price in Nigeria, i will say its worth it.
As for those who would like to settle for something in-between the Air version and the Pro version, then the standard version of the phone is what’s meant for you.
