President Bola Tinubu has revealed an additional list of 19 ministerial nominees, including five former governors.
The list was presented to the Senate by the Chief of Staff to the president, Femi Gbajabiamila, for screening and confirmation.
The five ex-governors on the list are Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Adegboyega Oyetola (Osun), Bello Matawalle (Zamfara), Simon Bako Lalong (Plateau), and Ibrahim Geidam (Yobe).
This comes after Tinubu presented the first list of 28 nominees last Thursday.
The screening of the ministerial nominees has already begun, with most of the nominees from the first list already screened by the lawmakers.
