Two Oil Refineries in Russia's Krasnodar Region Hit by Drone Attacks

On Tuesday night, two oil refineries in Russia’s Krasnodar region were targeted by drone attacks.

The Afipsky oil refinery was hit, causing a fire in one of the oil fuel distillation units.

However, the blaze was contained to a 100-square-meter area and no injuries were reported.

The Ilsky oil refinery also came under attack, with a drone crashing on the facility’s territory and causing an explosion, according to the channel Baza.

However, no injuries or infrastructure damage were reported.

Another channel, Shot, reported that a drone crashed at the site but did not detonate.

Krasnodar authorities confirmed the drone crash but stated that no one was injured and no infrastructure was damaged.
