Popular Nollywood actor Fadeyi Oloro, 66, is deceased, according to Peoples Gazette.

The Ekiti-born actor rose to fame in the 80s and late 90s for his portrayal of a herbalist character but had been battling with kidney-related issues and other health conditions prior to his death on Tuesday afternoon.

Born on September 15, 1957, in Igbara Odo, Ekiti State, Arowosafe quickly garnered attention for his antagonistic roles and animated utterances of incantations in Yoruba movies – one of which was the lead role in the 80s film ‘Arelu’.

In June 2020, Arowosafe sought help from Nigerians after being served a six-month eviction notice over unpaid rent via an Instagram Live session between his daughter and popular OAP Daddy Freeze.

Pastor Tobi Adegboyega of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church graciously donated N3 million towards treatment and additional bills for the now-late veteran Nollywood actor.
