A video of former Niger Delta Militant Asari Dokubo raising a private army in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has gone viral.
In the video, Dokubo addresses his private army upon his return from Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
He declares that anyone who opposes the President will fail and warns that those who act recklessly will face consequences.
“We are here. We work for President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and he will succeed. Anybody who is planning for him to fail, that person already failed.”
“We are not competing with anybody. We have never competed with anybody.”
“It is turn by turn. It is Jagaban’s turn. So, wait for your turn.”

This development comes after Dokubo visited Tinubu at the Presidential Villa and accused the Nigerian military of economic sabotage.
Despite criticism and controversy surrounding their relationship, Dokubo expresses confidence in Tinubu’s success and asserts that it is his turn to lead.
