Affordable Fares

Online bookings are often cheaper than airport counters, with fares starting at around ₦10,000. The site also allows ticket printing, seat selection, and rescheduling. Payments can be made in Nigerian naira, US dollars, or Ghanaian cedis using Interswitch Verve, Visa, Mastercard, or eTranzact. Bookings must be completed within 24 hours, or they are canceled automatically.

Onboard Experience

Despite affordable fares, FlyAero offers comfort. Passengers enjoy legroom, personal screens, WiFi on select flights, earphones, and in-flight magazines. Meals, snacks, and drinks are served, with wine available on longer flights or in Business Class. Onboard shopping is also available.

Check-In and Baggage

FlyAero offers online check-in and airport check-in. Online check-in opens three hours before departure. Airport check-in closes 40 minutes before departure. Arrive two hours early for domestic flights and three hours for regional flights. Keep your ID and booking confirmation ready. ECOWAS citizens can travel within member countries without a visa.

Business Class passengers can check in up to 30kg; Economy Class up to 20kg. Hand luggage is limited to one piece, not exceeding 6kg or 45cm x 33cm x 20cm. Extra baggage is charged per kilogram.

Ticket Changes and Cancellations

Name changes are not allowed. Missed flights incur a ₦3,000 fee unless notified in advance. Upgrades are available at a cost. Cancel at least three hours before departure to avoid penalties. Refund requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the ticket expires, with a small processing fee.

Infants and Booking for Others

Fleet and Operations

Founded in 1959 and registered in 1960, FlyAero employs over 1,300 staff. The fleet includes 20 helicopters and 15 fixed-wing aircraft. Helicopters mainly serve offshore oil and gas logistics. Fixed-wing planes operate domestic and regional passenger routes. Boeing 737 and Dash 8 aircraft provide a mix of comfort and capacity.
