A conglomeration of Asiwaju/Shettima support groups in the Diaspora under the aegis of the Hope Movement held a rally in support of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kasim Shettima on the 19th of November in London.

The theme of the rally tagged as The London Declaration saw young men and women of Nigerian heritage in the Diaspora showing their support for the APC Presidential candidate.

The Hope Movement, seven years ago, held a similar event in London backing Mohammadu Buhari.

The global convener of the Hope Movement, Godwin Omobowale Olugbenga Odusami, affirmed the movement position, stating Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has the capacity, track record and the 21st century vision to move Nigeria in the right direction.

Odusami noted that Asiwaju is capable of advancing Nigeria’s socio-economic development.

The Hope Movement believes Asiwaju will bring lasting peace and unity to Nigeria, being a bridge builder across tribal divides in Nigeria.

The Hope Movement stands ready to work with the APC in mobilising foreign direct investment into Nigeria, while also encouraging professionals within its ranks to assist Nigeria in her development drive, for a more prosperous Nation.
