Actor Jerry Williams has been indefinitely suspended from the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) due to his involvement with illicit substances.
The decision was made by the National President of AGN, Emeka Rollas, who stated that the association had been monitoring the situation since December and that it had now become a matter of safety for fellow actors.
Williams will not be allowed to associate with other performers on set to prevent any potential harm to others.
The suspension will remain in place until Williams receives a clean bill of health from a medical practitioner or a professional who specializes in drug abuse.
