Victor Osimhen has officially become Galatasaray’s most expensive signing ever, locking in an annual net salary that dwarfs most players in Europe — www.naijnaira.com reports.
According to information released on Galatasaray’s official X page, the Turkish giants secured the striker permanently from Napoli in a deal valued at €75 million, which Fanatik described as the largest fee ever paid by a Turkish club.
Osimhen previously spent a season on loan at Galatasaray, scoring 37 goals and providing eight assists, helping the team secure a domestic double.
With the move now finalized, Galatasaray confirmed that the Nigerian forward will earn €15 million annually after tax, plus a €1 million loyalty bonus each season.
He will also receive €5 million per year for image rights, bringing his total yearly income at the club to €21 million.
This figure makes him not just the top earner in Turkey, but places him among Europe’s elite in terms of football salaries.
Monthly, Osimhen now pockets around €1.75 million, with his daily earnings calculated at approximately €57,500.
At this rate, the 26-year-old earns about €40 every minute he’s on Galatasaray’s payroll.
The striker is expected to deliver on the pitch and justify the club’s record-breaking investment.
