AC Milan has officially signed American attacker Christian Pulisic on a permanent deal from Chelsea.
The 24-year-old has agreed to a four-year contract with Milan, with the option to extend until 2026/27.
Pulisic becomes Milan’s fourth signing of the summer, joining Luka Romero, Marco Sportiello, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Milan reportedly paid an upfront fee of €20m (£17.1m) for the former Borussia Dortmund player.
Pulisic leaves Chelsea after a mixed four-and-a-half-year spell, during which he contributed 26 goals and 21 assists in 145 matches.
Despite winning the Champions League, Club World Cup, and UEFA Super Cup with Chelsea, Pulisic’s time at the club was seen as falling short of expectations.
His debut season was promising, but he struggled for consistency under different managers in subsequent seasons. In the 2022-23 campaign, Pulisic managed just one goal and two assists in 30 appearances.
