Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, celebrated his 50th birthday on Thursday, and his wife Natasha Osawaru couldn’t hold back her emotions – www.naijnaira.com reports.
The Edo State lawmaker and Deputy Majority Leader took to Instagram to write a heartfelt tribute to the Afrobeats icon, who is twenty years older than her.
In her post, she described 2Baba as “the love of my life” and added that waking up next to him daily felt like one of her greatest blessings.
She wrote, “Happy birthday to the love of my life. You are 50!!!!! Oh wow!!!!!! You spaced me with 20 years and you look younger than I do.”
Natasha and 2Baba got married in April during a traditional ceremony held at the residence of the Esama of Benin.
The wedding was a private event attended only by close relatives and associates, with no cameras allowed at the ceremony.
Their union came just months after 2Baba’s marriage to actress Annie Macaulay-Idibia ended, drawing public attention across Nigeria.
Before their wedding, the singer confirmed his love for Natasha earlier in February when he declared publicly, “Yes, I love her. I want to marry her.”
