All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Joe Korka-Waadah took the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to task on Monday over its allegation that Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, former Minister of Transportation and APC leader in the South-South had been part of a cabal punishing Nigerians with currency redesign and fuel scarcity crisis.
The PDP’s statement was signed by Ogbonna Nwuke, spokesman for the Consolidation for New Rivers Vision Campaign Council.
However, Korka-Waadah slammed the accusation as “sheer falsehood and blackmail”.
Stating that at this time in the game, one would expect the PDP in the state to throw all manner of dirt at anyone they perceive to be responsible for their failure, even when those aren’t true.
He implored them to seek ways to put their house together instead of pointing accusing fingers at someone who is not responsible for their party’s misfortune in the state.
