In response to the current shortage of cash in Nigeria, the Nigeria Labour Congress has instructed all workers to stage protests at Central Bank of Nigeria offices across the country starting next week.
The NLC President, Joe Ajaero, announced the directive during a press briefing at Labour House in Abuja, stating that the ultimatum given to the apex bank to provide cash for Nigerians had expired.
The protests aim to draw attention to the scarcity of Naira and urge the Central Bank to take action to alleviate the situation.
