In a historic moment, Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima have officially been sworn in as the president and vice-president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
On Monday morning, the two were inaugurated at the Eagle Square in Abuja after taking their respective oaths of office.
Tinubu won the 2023 presidential election after defeating the likes of Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP.
