Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future remains in doubt, with the Chelsea star reportedly wanting to remain in Europe and continue his career rather than joining an MLS side such as LA Galaxy.
According to Caught Offside’s transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, there has been no ‘green light’ yet from Aubameyang on a switch across the pond.
“Yes, MLS clubs are interested in Aubameyang but I’m told on the player side there’s no green light yet on this kind of solution, he prefers to continue in Europe as of now so nothing advanced at this stage.”
The Gabonese striker has not been featured regularly for Chelsea and is expected to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season with Barcelona mooted as a potential destination.
