Chelsea Football Club will have to make a tough decision heading into the Champions League knockout stages as UEFA rules force them to exclude one of their January signings.
Todd Boehly recently splurged in the transfer market, with Enzo Fernandez coming in on a record-breaking £107 million deal, Joao Felix joining on loan from Atletico Madrid, Mykhailo Mudryk costing up to £88 million and Benoit Badiashile for £35 million.
Yet, only three of these additions can be registered for the knockout stages of the Champions League according to UEFA regulations, which means Chelsea must choose between Felix, Mudryk and Enzo Fernandez before Thursday night.
