Gary Neville Lashes Out at Bruno Fernandes Over Liverpool Defeat

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

Gary Neville recently spoke out about Bruno Fernandes’ performance in Manchester United’s crushing 7-0 defeat to Liverpool, labeling it embarrassing and citing the Portuguese midfielder’s lack of leadership as a crucial factor in the loss.

In a scathing critique, Neville criticized Fernandes for throwing his arms around and whinging instead of running back and putting in a captain’s performance.

At one point, when Erik ten Hag didn’t take him off late in the game, Fernandes appeared to wave his arms in frustration.

Neville was appalled by this behavior, saying it was disgraceful, while fellow pundit Roy Keane also called out Fernandes for his poor body language and lack of effort.

One incident that particularly upset Neville was when Fernandes got pushed in the chest by Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate but went down holding his face – Neville called this behavior “embarrassing” and suggested Fernandes deserved an Oscar for his theatrics.

Despite the crushing defeat, Fernandes tried to stay positive in a post-match interview, acknowledging that they had simply been outplayed by Liverpool and needed to focus on improving for their next games.
