Germany delivered a dominant 7-0 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday, sealing top spot in Nations League Group A3 with a game to spare.
The result also confirmed their qualification for next year’s quarter-finals.
The Germans took control early, with Jamal Musiala opening the scoring just 90 seconds in with a looping header.
Tim Kleindienst doubled the lead in the 23rd minute, marking his first Germany goal by converting a Robert Andrich shot.
Kai Havertz had two near misses before finally scoring in the 37th minute, finishing off a quick one-two with Florian Wirtz.
Wirtz made it 4-0 early in the second half with a brilliant dipping free-kick that caught Bosnia’s goalkeeper Nikola Vasilj off guard.

Germany will travel to Budapest for their final group match against Hungary on Tuesday, already guaranteed top spot and a place in the Nations League quarter-finals.
