The Chairman of INEC, Mahmood Yakubu, has unveiled a new online training platform for Electoral Officers called INEC e-school.
The app is designed to provide comprehensive training through wired and virtual approaches, including text-based, audio, and video materials.
It’s now available on Google Play with support from the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).
Its purpose is to ensure officers understand their roles properly and are prepared to conduct elections effectively.
By making use of the app, they can learn about topics such as polling station officers (SPO), Assistant Polling Officers/Presiding Officers (APO/PO), and Collation Officers (CO).
