Mikel Arteta Reveals Why He Wants to Sign Alexander Isak from Newcastle for Arsenal

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

In the midst of a disappointing week for Arsenal, Mikel Arteta has shed light on his desire to bring Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak to the club. As Arsenal faltered in both the Premier League and Champions League, Isak continued to impress, scoring his 20th and 21st goals of the season.

The Gunners suffered a 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa followed by a 1-0 loss to Bayern Munich, resulting in their elimination from the Champions League. With hopes of winning the Premier League title slipping away, Arsenal is now turning their attention to the summer transfer window to strengthen their squad.

Isak, the most expensive signing in Newcastle’s history, has caught Arteta’s eye. The Arsenal manager is reportedly a huge fan of the 24-year-old and the club’s officials have been consistently scouting him. Isak is enjoying the best season of his career, with a strong chance of winning the Premier League Golden Boot.

He currently trails Erling Haaland and Cole Palmer by three goals with six games remaining. Arteta’s recent comments after the Champions League defeat highlight the importance of having a prolific striker in the squad.

He acknowledged that Arsenal lacks a player who can score 30 to 40 goals in a season. Isak’s record of 21 goals in 34 appearances, despite missing 10 games due to injury, makes him an ideal candidate to fill that void.

However, Arsenal may face disappointment in their pursuit of Isak. Reports suggest that Newcastle has no intention of selling the Swedish international.

Eddie Howe, the newly appointed manager, sees Isak as a key figure in his plans for the team. This decision leaves Arsenal regretting their missed opportunity to sign the talented striker.
