Chelsea have reportedly stepped up their efforts to sign Brighton ace Moises Caicedo ahead of the upcoming January transfer window.
Amid competition from Arsenal, the west London side have four players they could potentially offer in part-exchange to sweeten a deal with the Seagulls.
19-year-old Levi Colwill is already at Brighton on loan, while centreback Trevoh Chalobah, midfielder Conor Gallagher and winger Christian Pulisic are also reportedly being considered for an exchange as Chelsea attempt to outbid Arsenal for Caicedo’s services.
Colwill has impressed since joining Brighton, making ten appearances across all competitions and starting five of their last six Premier League games.
23-year-old Chalobah is an experienced Premier League defender, having made 32 appearances over the past two seasons.
Meanwhile, 21-year-old Gallagher enjoyed a successful loan spell at Crystal Palace last year and has been a regular starter with Chelsea this season.
Lastly, American winger Pulisic cost Chelsea a hefty £58 million in 2019 but injuries have stunted his progress in the capital – leaving him open to a potential move away from Stamford Bridge should Brighton reduce their demands for Caicedo’s signature.
