Naira Marley, one of Nigeria’s most popular singers and MCs, recently acquired a luxurious mansion in Lagos.
On Wednesday, the singer took to Instagram to share his appreciation for the new addition to his property portfolio.
With humble beginnings in 2014, as he pursued a career in music with the encouragement of close friends, Naira Marley released his debut EP ‘Gotta Dance’ in 2015 followed by his single ‘Marry Juana’ featuring Max Twigz.
His breakthrough came 2 years later with ‘Issa Goal’ which went on to become a theme song for the Nigerian team at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
On June 16th, 2018, Naira Marley released the official remix of ‘Issa Goal’ featuring Olamide, Lil Kesh Falz, Simi and Slimcase.
The singer fuses Afrobeat and hip-hop genres while singing in English, Pidgin and Yoruba languages.
In December 2019, Marley established Marlian Records which has now become home to some of Nigeria’s accomplished & upcoming talent.
