Paul Onuachu Racing Genk – Southampton

Paul Onuachu joined Premier League side, Southampton, on deadline day and made his debut for the South Coast club during their 3-0 defeat at Brentford over the weekend.

With a relegation battle ahead of them, the Nigerian striker is determined to do all he can to help keep the Saints in the top flight.

“I’m very motivated and it’s a huge challenge,” said Onuachu.

“Coming here we are last on the table and everybody is working to really try to leave the relegation zone. I’m going to give it all if I have the chance to play, and try to help the team survive.”

With an upcoming game against Wolverhampton Wanders, Onuachu will be looking to make a positive difference as they fight against relegation.
