Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze is set to join AC Milan after reaching an agreement on personal terms with the Italian Serie A club.
However, the deal is still pending Villarreal’s consent, as the player has one year left on his current contract and the Spanish club has placed a €40 million valuation on him.
AC Milan will now begin negotiations with Villarreal and other clubs involved, including Chelsea, Valencia, and Az.
If Villarreal’s demands are not met, Chukwueze may not be allowed to leave the club this summer.
The publication claimed, “Milan took four yeses, like at talent shows, plus one.
