The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is calling on the G-5 Governors to join forces with them to accomplish their mission of restoring and rebuilding Nigeria.
Reacting to the yells of “Atiku, Atiku, Atiku” at a news conference in Asaba, the PDP’s spokesperson, Mr Charles Aniagwu, reminded everyone that it is the people who hold the ultimate power to elect leaders–not any individual leader.
He further stated that due to this, ever more people are returning back to PDP’s main fold in order for Atiku Abubakar and his running mate Dr Ifeanyi Okowa ticket to rescue and rebuild Nigeria from the ruins caused by APC-led Federal Government.
Aniagwu concluded that they are still open for other presidential candidates who wish to step down for Atiku Abubakar as their ideas are highly valued by the party to bring about effective rebuilding of Nigeria.
