The Rivers State Presidential Campaign Council of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has voiced their outrage in light of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Wednesday visit to the Government House in Port Harcourt.
The council spoke through spokesperson Leloonu Nwibubasa, who accused Governor Nyesom Wike of desecrating of PDP mandate by hosting Tinubu and his All Progressives Congress.
Nwibubasa noted that Wike had no “strand of integrity or credibility left” for embracing the party he called a “cancer” in time past.
He also argued that development funds intended for mobilization efforts should have instead been used to create jobs and awards to retirees.
He urged the PDP leadership to act in order to save what was left of the party in Rivers State.
