The Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Department, Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos reports that it has detained a number of people in relation to the alleged attempt to kidnap Tiwa Savage.
CSP Oluniyi Ogundeyi, the department’s spokesperson, verified this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday in Lagos.
According to NAN, social media was where the news of the attempted kidnapping of the musician first surfaced on Friday.
It learned that Savage’s new domestic employees, who had been given access to critical information about her, reportedly orchestrated the unsuccessful plot.
”Yes, we have some suspects, they are in our custody. They are about four,” the spokesperson said.(NAN)
