REVEALED! How Wale Edun's Actions Have Badly Impacted Dimeji Bankole's Political Career

Here Is The Easy Money-Making Trick Everyone Is Talking About! Learn More Here!

The actions of Wale Edun have had a significant negative impact on Dimeji Bankole’s political career.

Bankole had hoped that by stepping down as a presidential aspirant and supporting Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s campaign, he would secure a crucial role in Tinubu’s government.

However, his aspirations did not come to fruition. Edun, who was a former nominee from Lagos State and a close associate of Tinubu, was unexpectedly moved to Ogun State, which prevented Bankole from becoming the third ministerial nominee from Ogun State.

Bankole’s supporters are now hoping that Tinubu will at least give him a federal appointment to compensate for his efforts. Since his tenure as the youngest Speaker in Nigeria ended in 2011, Bankole has remained politically irrelevant.

He attempted to run for governor in Ogun State in 2019 but was unsuccessful. In 2022, he briefly considered running for president on the platform of the APC but ultimately stepped down in favor of Tinubu.

In an attempt to align himself politically, Bankole divorced his wife in 2017 and married Aisha Shinkafi Saidu, the stepdaughter of the former governor of Kebbi State.

However, the outcome of this “political marriage” has yet to materialize.
