Hip hop mogul Rick Ross is reportedly in the process of purchasing a luxurious mansion on Star Island in Miami Beach.
The 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom mansion is said to be worth a whopping $37 million.
The sale is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks, and Ross plans to invest even more money into renovating the property to his liking.
The mansion, which has been on the market since May, boasts 40,000 square feet of space and includes amenities such as a heated pool, a summer kitchen, an entertainment room, and plaza deck terraces.
Ross will be joining other famous neighbors on Star Island, including Diddy, J Lo, and Shaq.
This purchase adds to Ross’s growing real estate empire, which also includes Meek Mill’s Atlanta mansion that he acquired earlier this year for $4.2 million.
