Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, President Bola Tinubu’s political adviser, has decided to step down from his role.
According to sources, Baba-Ahmed submitted his resignation around two weeks ago, citing personal reasons as the primary cause for his decision.
It’s still unclear whether President Tinubu has officially accepted the resignation.
Baba-Ahmed, a former spokesperson for the Northern Elders Forum, had been appointed as political adviser in September 2023.
