The final pot includes FC Copenhagen, AS Monaco, Galatasaray, Newcastle United, and others looking to spring surprises.
UEFA rules prevent teams from being drawn against sides from the same association, while no club can face more than two from the same country.
The draw ceremony starts at 9:30 p.m. IST on August 28, with Sony Sports Network broadcasting it live in India and streaming available on SonyLiv.
The full fixture schedule for the league stage will be released on August 31.
