West Ham United manager, David Moyes, has made it clear that any club looking to sign Declan Rice, a transfer target of Chelsea and Arsenal, will have to break the British transfer record if they hope to sign the England World Cup star away from West Ham.
Described by Moyes as a “top player” after his showing in a match against Newcastle on Saturday, Rice is expected to leave West Ham at the end of the season.
With elite clubs such as Chelsea and Arsenal rumoured to be interested in signing him, it looks like whoever does wants to secure his services will have to pay big.
