It is no longer news that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party,Atiku Abubakar took his campaign train to Imo State where he met with some highly placed individuals including the Ezeudo of Imo State.
It would be recalled that the former vice president have been paying visits to traditional rulers in all the states he has visited as he continues to compaign for the 2023 presidential election.
During his visit to Ezeudo, Atiku Abubakar was told that he will be treated the same way with the rest candidates.
According to Ezeudo of Imo, he can’t deny Atiku Abubakar his royal blessings.
Hear him “As you know, traditional rulers are royal fathers to all the presidential candidates of all the parties.
“Even though we are apolitical, we are political by virtue of our position. We will therefore not deny you our royal blessings, it is in the hands of God to choose leaders and only him knows the best among all of you to choose for our country.
“Imo State know how to welcome visitors especially our amiable governor who is your age long friend.
“He is the leader of Imo and he is love by the people because of the infrastructural development he has made and his good leadership qualities. We wish you Goodluck and we thank you for coming. “
