Stanley Iheanacho, a Nigerian forward, has completed his move to FC Midtjylland.
The Danish Superlig side has announced the signing of Iheanacho on a five-year contract.
Initially, he will start playing for Midtjylland’s under-19 team.
Iheanacho expressed his excitement about joining his new club, stating that it’s something he has been waiting for a long time.
He also mentioned that it was a challenging journey to get to this point, so being able to stand there now means a lot to him.
Previously, Iheanacho represented the Golden Eaglets at the WAFU B U-17 Championship in Togo in 2021.
Midtjylland has a history of Nigerian players, including Paul Onuachu, Frank Onyeka, and Bright Onyedika.
