Festus Keyamo has warned airlines—local or foreign—that any flight caught transporting KWAM1 will be grounded. This follows the Fuji star’s airport outburst that disrupted operations — www.naijnaira.com reports.
According to Premium Times, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority had already grounded King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal for six months after the clash at Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport.
The incident involved a confrontation over a liquid substance during boarding, which escalated when pilots allegedly ignored safety procedures and began taxiing without clearance.
Keyamo described the scene as “a reckless moment from both parties,” condemning the musician’s decision to obstruct the aircraft’s path.
“This was no minor misunderstanding,” he said. “KWAM1 moved to block the aircraft. That’s non-negotiable.”
He criticized the NCAA for suspending only the flight crew while delaying action against the musician.
All airlines have now been instructed to comply with the no-fly directive, or risk losing their licenses.
