Air Peace is launching non-stop flights between Abuja and two major UK airports—Heathrow and Gatwick—starting October 26, 2025, NaijNaira can report. Round-trip fares are available from ₦1 million, creating new travel options for passengers seeking direct routes from Nigeria’s capital to London.
According to a press release signed by spokesperson Efe Osifo-Whiskey, the airline becomes the first Nigerian carrier to operate direct Abuja-to-Heathrow and Abuja-to-Gatwick services.
“Passengers flying in from any of our local destinations can connect seamlessly to London via Abuja using one ticket, without the stress of extra check-ins,” Osifo-Whiskey explained.
The airline also confirmed that inbound passengers from the UK can access ten Nigerian cities including Lagos, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Benin, Kano, Warri, Yola, Gombe, Owerri, and Asaba. More cities will follow in future schedules.
This route expansion simplifies travel logistics for both inbound and outbound passengers, offering wider reach and convenience across Nigeria and the UK.
Air Peace described the launch as a strategic move in broadening its global network and reducing barriers for Nigerians seeking affordable international flights.
“Affordable fares with reliable domestic access changes the game for global Nigerian travelers,” the airline added.
