Richard Olatunde, the chief press secretary of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, has addressed rumors regarding the governor’s return from his medical vacation in Germany.
In a statement, Olatunde clarified that Governor Akeredolu is still recuperating in Germany and has not yet returned to Nigeria.
He assured the people of Ondo state and Nigerians in general that the governor’s return will be widely publicized.
Olatunde also urged citizens to disregard any false information or preemptive mischief spread by anxious politicians.
It is important to note that Governor Akeredolu has temporarily handed over power to his deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, who is currently serving in an acting capacity.
