Arteta not content with just Champions League spot for Arsenal

Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, is not satisfied with just securing a spot in the Champions League.

Despite achieving their goal of a top-four finish and a return to European football’s premier competition for the first time since 2016/17, Arteta believes that there is still more to achieve.

He is proud of his team’s achievement, but he wants them to aim higher and not settle for just qualifying for the Champions League.

Arsenal could return to the top of the Premier League if they beat Chelsea, and Arteta is thrilled that everyone in the club still believes that there could be even more to celebrate at the end of the season.

He is impressed with the team’s mentality and their desire to keep pushing for more.

Arteta admits that it hasn’t been easy to lift the spirits of his players after a run of form that has seen them fail to win their last four matches.

However, he believes that the City defeat can be a learning experience for the team to reevaluate where they are and where they want to get to.

Arteta wants his players to be humble and recognize their strengths and weaknesses to be better.

He is confident that Arsenal can still achieve great things in the remaining five games of the season.
