Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s presidential candidate, has touched down in London for a two-day working visit to pursue his presidential ambitions.
On arriving in the UK, Atiku met with High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, the founder of DAAR Communications Plc.
Reports of him being flown out of Nigeria for medical treatment were found to be untrue by his media aide and Senator Dino Melaye, spokesperson for the PDP Campaign Council.
During his stay in London, Atiku will engage with various UK government organs such as meeting with the Archbishop of Canterbury and attending other programmes.
He confirmed his arrival by tweeting “Touchdown in London, United Kingdom” where he is looking forward to having critical conversations that could potentially aid in recovering Nigeria.
