Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the February 25 election, responded to the Supreme Court’s dismissal of the PDP’s case against Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettma as presidential and vice presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the last election.
Atiku tweeted that the dismissal is not a setback to his quest for justice and that his legal team is prepared to prove that the election was fraudulent and did not comply with constitutional requirements and electoral guidelines.
He urged his supporters to remain patient and peaceful as they continue their litigation at the Presidential Election Tribunal Court.
