Boss Mustapha, the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), has officially handed over his office to the new SGF, George Akume.
The handover took place at the SGF office located at the Three Arms Zone in Abuja on Wednesday.
President Bola Tinubu had sworn in Akume as the new SGF at the council chamber earlier that day.
Mustapha prepared a handing-over note, which covered a general overview of the structure and functions of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF).
He highlighted pending matters requiring the attention of the in-coming SGF and provided a guide on the activities of the office.
The OSGF comprises five offices headed by Permanent Secretaries and is directly responsible for the supervision of 16 agencies domiciled in the Presidency.
